This is a total guess, but it looks taken from Greek.
Now, based on other names, the Russians put F instead of P or TH, so it may be based on a Greek name looking something like Callisthenia.
If so, the Calli seems to be from Kalos in Greek, meaning "beautiful" (as in
Calogero, for example), and Sthenia from Sthenos, "strength".
I also found
Cleisthenes, which looks somewhat similar.
Now, this is a guess, so don't believe it until it's confirmed (or debunked) by
Pavlos or someone else who knows what he's talking about.
Edited to add: there was also a Greek historian named Callisthenes, and this definitely looks like the feminine form.
