Okay, Sweden may have naming laws but imo these names are just as bad as any you would find in the US! I mean, some of these names are just as bad as "Hitler", "Fatsy" or "Coca Cola" imho. And people always complain about America's names! My goodness.

I like:
Elliot
John
Vincent
Aaron
Linnea
Julia ;)
Delphine is growing on meSome comments:
Amidala and Anakin -Oy.
Havanna -If you must name your child after a city that you've probably never been to, at least spell it right.
Jazz -Bad in English. I imagine it's horrible in Swedish.
Lava -Seriously--like the stuff that comes out of a volcano? Does this have a different meaning in Swedish?
Mandalay -What is this?
Marillion -???
Ministry -You have to be kidding me.
Khoni -What is this supposed to be?
Synthia -Ouch, poor child.
Buddha -Terrible, especially with the random collection of names it's in.
Prins -Terrible.
Pebels -Naming a child Pebbles in an English-speaking country is stupid. Naming a child Pebels in a non-English-speaking country is so stupid it should be made illegal.
Kharma -Ouch.
Monmik and Mikmon -And what, pray tell, was wrong with Mikaela / Mikael and Monica? I don't like juniors...but I'd take juniors any day over this.
Seven -Ugh
Spike -Are you kidding me?
Star Jemima Soda and Ninja Celsia Pixi -No. It can't be...just no. Ninja? Pixi? Soda?
Sexy -!!!!
Heavenly Angel -How kyoooot!!!!11!
Tingeling -Blech.

Amidala sounds like the amigdals, those glands in the throat
Anakin Elliot John nms
Aston Éomer ditto
Oden (the Swedish spelling of Odin) and Diesel Oden is interesting, Diesel is too awful to be commented upon
Edit November Daisy don't like November, the other 2 are ok
Engla Aphrael don't like Engla. Is Aphrael legit? It could be nice
Havanna don't like it
Jazz (boy)Jazz is great music, but it's just nor a name
Lava Denise Adore Denise is nice, the other 2 are awful
Mandalay (girl)a city in Burma not a name
Marillion (girl) weird
Ministry (girl) why would you want to name a child that???
Phoenix (boy) ok, though nms and Khioni (girl)don't like it
Synthia (yep, synth parents)horrid spelling
Helmer Buddha Vincent Vilhelm and Aaron Ceasar Morfeus Vincent Buddha and Morpheus are not suitable as names, IMO
Prins-Angelo (prins is the Swedish word for prince and pr. just the same) weird, sounds like a brand
Cerice and Cendré don't like these
Cornelia Fenomena Cornelia is bearable, Fenomena sounds ignorant plus it's the title of an Italian horror film
Pebels good name for a puppy
Kharma and Mirou Kharma is horribly new-agey, Mirou would be a cute nn of say, Miriam, but it's weird as full name
Monmik and Mikmon (parents are called Monica and Mikael..... the parents of one of my friends did the same thing, they named her Fuani by taking the 1st syllable of their names, at least the< knew better than to name her brother Anifu.

MinistryHer parents met during a dance cruise called Ministry of Sound, hence the name. There is also a band called Ministry.
I agree Ninja, Sexy, Soda and Heavenly are awful!

In my town there's a club named "Filth", I hope no couple who met there gets a similar idea...

I wish Amidala was a real name, and not Star Wars related... Because I actually like it.Did I see Edit, as a name, in there? They could've at least done Edyta, or something.AHH! Sexy?! What if she turns out ugly?Soda and Ninja... Yikes... At least, when she's a teen, Ninja might be pretty popular in school (that is, around where I live; Ninja's are the bomb!)Whoa, wait, Vanessa Heavenly Angel Christina Delphine Tingeling Julia Kenza is her WHOLE NAME? What a mouthful! Ooh, Morfeus is pretty bad, too... I'm assuming they've seen The Matrix... Or maybe they haven't.

Edit is the old Swedish spelling n/mn

Monmik and Mikmon made me giggle! Some of those are really awful!
I like
Elliot
John
Edith (that spelling
Jazz (as a nn)
Vincent
Aaron
Cornelia
Geronimo
Fredrik
Aurora
Spike (on a dog. While I've seen it elsewhere, it seems very unusual for Sweden!)
Linnea (but Sexy? No, seriously.)
Vanessa
Angel
Christina
Julia (but I'm biased on that one (: )How can they allow Mikmon and Monmik? those poor kids! Some of the names seem fine for some regions of the planet, but Sweden just isn't one of them. And then others, like Oden, Edit, Vilhelm, Aaron, Fredrik, Tilda and Christina didn't seem too unusual for the area (but then that's just stereotypes from movies, books and vacations).

About frequencyEdit used to be popular about 80 years ago and is starting to get popular again, but spelled Edith. Oden is very rare. Vilhelm, Fredrik and Christina (often spelled Kristina) are common names and Tilda is trendy right now. Aron is mostly used in the north of Sweden; the spelling Aaron is rare.
