I do the same with my kids. Now that there's a dog thrown into the mix, I have four names I start to say when I want someone or yell at someone.
It used to be my mom would mix-up my name in with my siblings, but now that we've all moved out, when she does see us she often calls us (or starts to) by our father's name or my nephew's name, who often stays with them. :b When my nephew was little, I'd call him by my dog's name sometimes, but their names were slightly similar (Cori and Curtis). Sort of. LOL.
Mom accidently called my brother by the dog's name!
Haha thats all too familiar!
I answer to Leonie or None (prn. NOE-n) which is my Aunt's name that everyone calls me by accident. And I think everytime I am called, it is more like Eimelise, Mikelise, Antelise or even Allielise! My little brother Anthony is the worst...he will say something to me and say "Heyyyy Dad-Allie-Mum-Mike-Eims-Lisey?" but gets all flustered in between each name!
Sometimes I accidently call Anthony or Eimear Harry, which is the dog's name!

I've done that!
I remember spotting Boston going after someone's food, and yelled my niece's name in a very sharp tone.
