I like it, but prefer Vivianne or Vivienne as spellings. They're a little more feminine.

It's growing on me (esp. Vivian), along with Evelyn and Josephine, and Virginia, Gwyneth, and Viola, and some other "antique" names. I love ThePerfectName's suggestion of Vivian Susannah (ok, so I changed it just a bit). I also like:
