The year is 1992, and you and your spouse are pregnant again! If your first child's name started with a vowel, your second child is a boy. If your first child's name started with a consonant, your second child is a girl. If you had twins last round, just go by whichever you had listed first for your third child's name (third because obviously you had twins in the first round, and everyone else only had one).

For their names:
If your new child is a boy, it must have the same initals as the father.
If your new child is a girl, it must have the same initials as the mother.
