I would say what a group of six is called but this darn spam blocker on Behindthename.com is not allowing me to use the word because it is deemed "naughty" although it is very much not so.

. . . but I've seen people discussing the name Sextus on the facts board so presumably 'sextuplets' is okay in the message field.
