Boy/Boy: Caspian Lucius Edward / Remus Maximilian Stewart- Caspian just reminds me of Casper the friendly ghost...Sorry I just think it is kind of tacky name, I always have for some reason. Remus still not something I would go for but I think the nn Remy would be cute.
Girl/Girl: Arabella Zoe Evelyn / Rowena Sophie Matilda- I really like Arabella. I dont think the combos on either really flow though. I know Zoe and Sophie are middle names after your cousins but Evelyn and Matilda just dont flow with them imo.
Boy/Girl: Caspian Lucius Edward / Arabella Zoe Evelyn - I wouldnt put the two together but I think they go alright together.

Caspian Lucian Edward - Love this! Its very handsome and classy sounding, IMO. Caspian Edward Lucian also works very well.
Remus Maximilian Stewart - Remus and Maximilian are favourites of mine, too and it flows well. Although I don't really like Stewart (sorry), I love the fact that its honouring family.
Arabella Zoe Evelyn - Flows beautifully and all three names are gorgeous. Lovely combo!
Rowena Sophie Matilda - I'm loving Rowena ATM and Sophie's a great mn. Matilda's not really my style but I can see, it really fits with your naming style and it makes a nice combo.
Remus Maximilian Stewart - Remus and Maximilian are favourites of mine, too and it flows well. Although I don't really like Stewart (sorry), I love the fact that its honouring family.
