I don't know personally any Lilys, but I know of a Lily Brooke, and I know an elderly lady named Lillian who goes by Lily.

It is traditional for some Muslims to have middle names after their fathers. This tradition holds for girls as well. I was actually more surprised to see it with Sofia. :-)
