Dominic and I are delighted to announce the birth of our THREE new daughters Caroline Marissa, Julia Madeline, and Elizabeth Christina. (We plan on calling them Carrie, Julie, and Lizzie.) Ben and Ian are disappointed - they wanted more brothers. Mary, Allie, and Miranda love their new sister though. Allie is especially a big help. We're all getting along pretty well. Ben will be in fourth grade. He's a wonderful artist and loves to read. Mary and Allie are starting second grade. Mary is a terrific athlete, while Allie is a complete girly-girl. Ian is beginning pre-school. He's a bit nervous, but we're sure he'll do fine. Miranda is three and she loves to play with our dog, Toby.

wow 3 more children!! i think we'd better plan on filling in the back
porch and adding on to the second story of the house above the porch, and another bathroom, its been hectic with only one. when we found out we were expecting again we told the children right away, give them time to prepare for another sibling. but when the ultrasound confirmed that we'd be having 3 we were in shock. the kids took it pretty well. olivia the 4 yr old likes playing with her baby dolls and i dont think she and victor quite understand. james, hannah, and dustin remeber when victor was a baby and all the fuss there was. we explain to them how much we love them and soon there would be 3 more to love just as much. we involve the kids as much as we can with the babies. once a week i get my mother or cousin to babysit for me and i take one kid out and do whatever they want to do, some time to be by themselves just with mommy and or daddy.
just to update you on how everyone is. james has taken a liking to playing basketball and has joined a little team at school, he still keeps with his produce garden, he likes havinghis own money, especially since we dont give allowances for doing basic chores that need done. dustin is doing very well in his bowling. he joined the local YABA league at the bowling ally, his highest game is a 150. he had hoped to beat my brothers score, he bowled a 166 when he was 6(this statement is true its not just something made up for this story)) Hannah enjoys growing and picking her flowers, we just got finished painting her side of the room with flowers and butterflys.

Alexandra and Mishca are seven, and are delighed by the idea of babies, but are starting to get a bit annoyed with the smell, crying, diapers etc. Anna Kathryn is always willing to play with them, and is very gentle.
Miranda is three, and is a bit upset about the attention given to the triplets. Max as always, is a great adjuster, and is great with the babies. Andrew on the other hand is still in a bit of shock that our offspring just grew 50%!

Our family has been surprised with triple the blessing as we welcomed two boys and one girl into our lives on November 30! Nathan Luis came into the world first at 7:46 AM, weighing 5 pounds, 4 ounces; 18 3/4 inches long. He was joined by his sister, Alexandra Madelyn Michelle, at 7:48 AM, weighing 4 pounds, 12 ounces; 18 inches long. And finally, Kyle Thomas was born at 7:49 AM, weighing 5 pounds, 1 ounce; 18 1/2 inches long. All three have names that we loved, and all three have middle names that honor someone special. Nathan's middle name, Luis, is for my grandfather, while Kyle's middle name, Thomas, is for David's grandfather. We wanted to continue the theme of two middle names for our girls, so Alexandra's second middle name, Michelle, is for David's sister and a very close family friend. The kids absolutely adore their little brothers and sisters. Nicholas is now nine years old and in the fourth grade; he adores David, loves to do everything with him, and is a wonderful student (not to mention the fact that he's a phenomenal big brother). Jonathan and Samuel are seven and in the second grade; they love to do everything together, which quite often includes playing baseball. Natalie, now four years old, just started preschool this year; she's such a mommy's girl, so the separation anxiety was huge in the beginning, but now she loves going to school and has made a lot of friends. And my darling little angel Elizabeth is three and still at home with mommy and the triplets; she is my little shadow, loving to do everything I do, especially helping to take care of the babies. And now there are three more to raise, but we definitely consider the surprise a blessing. Our three little miracles are absolutely perfect, and there is no doubt that life without them would not be the same. Welcome to the world Nathan, Alexandra, and Kyle!

Shawn and I are well on our way to starting our own football team! Haley Alexandra, Kaitlyn Rebecca "Kate", and Devin Caleb were born on June 5, 1996, all weighing 4 pounds (remarkably!) They were a month premature and had to remain in the NICU for two weeks, but they are finally home and our family couldn't be happier.
Emily, who turns nine next month, has just finished the third grade and has many friends at school. She was very excited when we announced we were going to have triplets and was thrilled when we discovered that two of them were girls. Nathan and Hannah, seven in October, will be starting second grade in the fall and are very excited because they are not, as Nathan puts it, "little kids anymore." The twins were somewhat less enthusiastic about the new arrivals, but they are coming around and have even offered to help take care of them (but not change their diapers!).

Danielle, now 9, is quite the devil. She is going into 5th grade and is making trouble for everyone, along with her merry group of friends.

Greg, the kids, and I all just welcomed home three healthy babies, Kelsey, Brandon, & Justin. Kayla, now in 4th grade, seemed a little upset when we announced we were expecting three but eventually she came around. Brittney and Lindsey are in 2nd grade and were a little bit more excited than I expected. Brittney and Lindsey love to help Mommy though so I think that's why they handled it better than Kayla. Dylan, in 4 yr old Kindergarten, was shocked saying "Wow! You can have that many babies at once? Are you gonna get HUGE Mommy?". Dylan's the household comedian :). I don't think Blake had any idea what was really going on until we brought the babies home. He seemed rather excited. I never thought I'd say this but I am very thankful for Ralph! My afternoons get rather hectic trying to watch Dylan and Blake and take care of the newborns. Ralph keeps them occupied and out of trouble. When Greg and I found out we were expecting triplets, we decided we were finally out growing the 3 bedroom home we purchased at the beginning of our marriage. Luckily, we found a spacious 5 bedroom home and had been completely moved in only a day before Kelsey, Brandon, & Justin arrived :).
