We did some research, and found out about Avery's problem. It turns out that their was an incident on halloween a two years back. It was late and both kids were trick-or-treating alone for the first time. A man pulled up in a car beside them and tried to get Avery to get in the car. This traumatized Avery, and he is afraid of being out alone at night.

Cecilie Jytte is an eight year old girl from Denmark. Her older brother recently passed away, and he had been taking care of her. She speaks only Danish, though she wants to learn English. She loves to sew, and has made a few small dolls which she treasures.

Abigail Marietta is a fifteen year old girl who is due with her baby girl in a few weeks. Her boyfriend immediately took off when he found out she was pregnant. Abby is very excited nonetheless, and wants to name the girl Irena Janine, after her mother. Abby likes to play board games, and cannot wait to teach Irena one of her old favorites, checkers.
