[Opinions] Antonia?

I like it, too, but I wonder if you are pronouncing it An-TO-nia or an-to-NIA
I think Antonia is a gorgeous name and it has not been crossed off my list yet (I also like Anthony a lot, which poses a problem). I don't think it is old-fashioned in the slightest bit. I really like Antonia and Matilda as a sibset, especially because both names would honor family (Antonia would be for an Anton).
nothing is to old-fashioned really [m]
Afterall children will grow into adults, they don't stay children forever :).
ETA: I like Antonia, but prefer Antoinette a bit better.

Antonia is so beautiful!
One of my fave names of all time... and its certainly not old fashioned; I actually encountered a girl of about four with the name recently. Antonia and Matilda makes me think of two darling little English sisters!
My only problem with the name is the nicknames for it- I really don't like the nickname Toni at all. I guess I would go for Annie or give her a J middle name so she could be AJ.
