Ack - NO! I dislike same initial names for twins, and variations of the same name, even if is in the middle name. Twins have enough in common, and they do not need to be further linked via their names. Also, it just looks immature and theme-y. Just horrible - sorry.
As for the names themselves, I like Ethan Alexander, and I prefer Ella with Elle as a nickname.
