[Opinions] Re: Cash
in reply to a message by AET
Um . . . no, I'm not a fan. Sorry. Unless it's to honor Johnny or for an equally excellent reason, I really can't get behind such a materialistic name. I am combo-less right now.

I'm not sure I'd call the name "materialistic," since its origins as a name have nothing to do with money. It's a legit surname, which makes it okay for the middle name slot, IMO. (Although I do agree that it's better if it honors Johnny Cash or is a family name.)

Ditto, and...(m)If it is for Johnny Cash, give the boy the initials JR and call it a day. ;)Array

It actually is to honour Johnny :-) My brother builds guitars, and loves music in general - Grayson's middle name, Leo, was after some guitar guy that James idolises (I think Leo Stratocastor or something like that? The guy that help design the Fendor Stratocastor guitar? I probably spelt that wrong...)If they didn't use Cash, they would likely use another music-oriented middle name. I'm not sure what else they have in mind though!
