is usually pronounced callum in this spelling.
Colm
and
Colum
are more likely to be pronounced collum.

My dad's name is
Callum
and he pronounces it just as it looks Cal-um. His parents were from Scotland and it is a common Scottish name so I assume his pronounciation is authentic.
