I found quite a number of
German name pages who say that Naema is one of the many variants of
Naomi. I was skeptical because to me these two names seem rather far apart, and I continued to search.
I finally arrived at the following page that offers Bible translations in several languages that in my view pretty much settles the issue:

Interesting, however, that the two Hebrew root words behind
Naomi (no'am) and
Naamah (na'em) both have meanings like pleasant and pleasantness and are somewhat similar ...
