Hey Jen,
Most baby book types will tell you (rightly, I think) that a 4-syllable first name followed by a middle name of the same construction is cumbersome to pronounce and doesn't "flow". I believe the convention with a first name that long is to go with a 2-syllable middle name.
Compare "Olivia Elizabeth" and "Olivia Marie": irrespective of whether you like or dislike either middle name, the second, 2-syllable one in combination with "Olivia" has a better rhythm or "meter" and is more pleasing to the ear.

I named my daughter Olivia Bryn. I think a one syllable middle name makes more sense. Olivia is quite a mouthful many people call her Livia, Liv, and Livy. I think something Like Olivia Elizabeth is just too clumsy.
Actually, Daividh and Erin...
I think our visitor here is inquiring about a name to go with her supposed, anticipated twin daughter named "Olivia", as in "Olivia and Elizabeth".
At least, that's what I gather from the the first time she posted this message...
...And didn't have the courtesy to reply to any of her respondants before posting practically the same thing again.
But, you know, we seem to get a number of these types sailing in here with a tendency to post inane, pointless, repetitive queries just for the heck of seeing how many people will respond to them.
They invariably have no interest in interacting with anyone else on this board, nor do they have anything of value to contribute to this board.
