It would be hard to come up with an "proper" Irish pronunciation because it doesn't look like an Irish name to me...it's looks made up - something like Katelyn. I have never come across it anywhere in Ireland either . However ,more than that it LOOKS wrong.It looks like two names stuck together....as far as I know you just wouldn't get "ria" at the end of an Irish word or name.I would say it KA-tree-ya but then I have a flat East coast(of Ireland) accent.Obviously Cait is pro "Koyt" or "Koytch" but so you could say "Kot-REE-ya".Hope this helps.
