please, give some cultural details. Here in Essex i'd pronounce it Ts-ayniuh, but i've never heard it.

It's a Polish name, but I think it might be Swedish or Russian too.
where you want the pronunciation from. for all i know the pronunciation in essex and warsaw could be very different.
Well, the person I know who has this name was born in Russia but now lives in Sweden, so one of those would be fine.
