Atzer, My father's name is Atzer(Atz). I would like to know the meaning of the name. I would like to use the name, but I want to know the meaning first. My father is unaware of the meaning. My paternal grandparents were from the German speaking part of Switzerland. I typed the name on Google and I found a few sites
featuring the name in foriegn texts, and the text seamed to be German. I don't read or speak German, so I can't decipher what is being said.
