Darby is too surname-y to me (perhaps because I know a Darby family), but it's purely masculine to me. I'd find it trendy for a girl.
From your middle names, I like Lucille and Joan, and I'd prefer the spelling Susan.
If I had to make a combo, it'd be Darby Joan.
