Uh, that's "towhead", Daymond. And it's not a dis, in case your were worrying. :) It means that some folks with an old-fashioned vocabulary are admiring your daughter's very blond hair.

I was just asked where the term "toehead" comes from. I knew that it ment very blond hair, but I don't know the origin of the term, can anyone help me?
The descriptive term for the opposite condition here in Hookworm Heaven is "blackheaded". After 25 years of hearing that, my initial reaction is still to suggest a good dermatologist.
