In normal English pronunciation. it's Ez-may, as the s is voiced. this has been answered before.

Esmé's the masculine spelling, while Esmée's feminine spelling; both forms are pronounced the same. The first bearer of the name was Esmé Stuart, 1st Duke of Lennox (1542?–1583), who was born and raised in France and who had a French mother iirc. And here in South Africa we serenely use the one-E spelling for girls! And pronounce it EZ-may ...
