Lindsay's the original spelling, and looks nicer to boot imo.

I prefer the name on a boy, but if it must be on a girl I prefer the spelling Lyndsay. I also like Lyndsay for a boy, but it's only a guilty pleasure liking, and I'd never seriously consider it for a RL son of mine (unlike Lindsay).
