I pronounce Briana bree-AH-nah, and I pronounce Brianna bree-ANN-uh. I'm probably the only person who does this, but you asked! :-)

The name isn't used here, and because of Brian's pronunciation in English, I think most people would assume brye-ANN-uh. Actually I like that pron. much better, with the Bryana spelling.
