Please don't respond to posts saying "that is unsuitable as a name" because you don't like it. You should add "in your opinion," because your opinion is not a rule for anyone else. I am familiar with Carys/Charis, and neither is my style. I have a very hard time seeing how the name Kairos would embarrass any bearer of it. I am rarely offended by posts, but yours is quite rude. Learn some tact, and please clean it up.
