I like William, but not Cody (makes me think of codeine, and I think it's an immature sounding name). I'm assuming Winter is the surname? If so, then William Winter doesn't flow; I don't like double initials in first names and surnames. If Winter is a second middle name, then I don't care for it, as it is a season, not a name, to me. Also, I'm not fond of naming children after historical figures. I think namesakes should be saved for family only.
