I couldn't find Yordanka, but I did find Yordan(the male version). It said that is is Bulgarian. I'm guessing that Yordanka probably is too.

Yordan is an obvious transliteration of Jordan, and 'ka' name endings are a common Eastern European diminutive (see Annuska and Alenka, for example). Yordanka is most likely an Eastern European diminutive of Jordana (see Jordan for the meaning).
