That's why I could NEVER think of it as a first name.
But it's okay, I guess, to use it in other countries. Back here in Denmark, you'd get an odd look, if you name a kid Jensen. And it's boring nontheless.
It's prn YEN-sen btw. The 'sen' as 'zen', if it gives any meaning?

Hmm...don't like that pronunciation. It's not common AT ALL in the US. It hasn't been in the top 1000 baby names since the year 2000. And in 2000 it was ranked 988. So...
