I asked my parents more then once. But they really don't know where it came from, I mean what it means. Of course they didn't think it up theirselves, but somebody they both knowed really well, was also called Ilomé (pronounced as Ee-low-may). But she's gone...
I asked the family of hers, but they didn't knew either what it meant, it was a Fench name they said. Somebody THEY know lived in Fench and was called Ilomé, I can't go back any further, because I'm from the Netherlands. Plzzz, there must be SOMETHING out here on the web. Nanaea, your name isn't that normal too, is it? At least I'd never heard of it either. And me parents didn't just call out a word when my mom was in the hospital. Come on, be a bit more positive. I know you try to answer all questions on this message board, but...

I don't think me parents saw this name Ilomé in a tv show or in a book, it's never used somewhere I guess. Most people say it's a nice name, because the never heard of it. Nanaea, your my last hope!!! :D No, you're not, but it would help, if you could help me out, otherwise I'll keep trying and eventually hope to find the meaning.
