Tatton is ehh, okay. Just Tate would be preferable to me. If you must have Tatton nn Tate, I think that's fine; but a tad strange -- to the point of being slightly distracting. Phoenix as a mn is alright, but it's a name I think should be used when the symbol of the phoenix has a particular meaning for you that relates to the kid. Otherwise it seems a little fanciful.
Maeleigh is alright, but the spelling looks like it could become inconvenient .. a lot of letters for a simple, quaint name. I'd spell it Mae-Lee or perhaps Maylee. Lorelei is nice. Hannah used to be a fave of mine; now I feel like it is a bit plain and has has a slight Old Testament air about it, which isn't my style, but I still think it's a beautiful name.
I'd pair twin Lorelei with Tatton nn Tate.
