chazda was made up for a story I started to write once. It was the screenname of a character. It has nothing to do with me.
I always wondered about Narinoc! I thought it must be an anagram for Corinna.
Others I've used are:
a word consisting of the first two letters of my fn, mn, ln
a phonetic spelling of my initials
speck, Yersinia, nectivorous.
Edited to add: Some screennames I've seen that I've liked ~
sharpie (kinda popular), FlipleTrip, didthat, birdy
