Does anyone know the Irish Gaelic word/words for "song", or related words? Um...now I've forgotten why I needed to know; something to do with names involved with a story I'm attempting to write. Heh. Any help would be appreciated. :)

The word for "song" you're looking for is "amhran" (with a little left-pointing accent mark over the second "a"). I believe it's pronounced something like "ahv-ron" (mh=v). nt
