Veronica
A name that I've really been liking lately (and currently one of my top favorites for a girl) is Veronica. What do you think of the name? Middle name ideas are welcome too.

I don't mind Veronica at all, it's quite nice and not over popular at all either. What about the following combos:Veronica Molly
Veronica Daisy
Veronica Lucy
Veronica Sadie
Veronica Emily
Veronica Jane
Veronica Belle
Veronica Faye
Veronica Hazel
Veronica Lily

I've been liking Veronica a lot lately too and I think it's a nice name. Makes me think of someone cool, stylish and sophisticated.

I love Veronica, but would avoid using it because of the nickname Ronnie. It may not be inevitable, but even the possibility would make me steer clear. I can't abide the thought of a daughter of mine being called Ronnie. But I do love Veronica.

Veronica is my mum's name and I never liked it until recently. However, I am put off slightly by the fact that children in my mum's class used to make fun of the "knicker" sound in her name! Lol. My mum's full name is Veronica June, which I think flows nicely.ETA: My mum goes by Ronnie or VronnieS xx

I love the name Veronica. I'm kind of going through an anti-nickname phase so I like the who name better than any nicknames. I suppose Verona could be a cute nickname for Veronica. Here are some many middle combos I like
Veronica Kay
Veronica Lee
Veronica Marie

I think it's very pretty, very elegant but sprightly. Andseveral nickname possibilities: Ronnie, Nikki, Vera, Vonnie, I even know a little girl named Veronica whose nn is Rocky, especially apt since she was nearly killed by a car a few years ago.Veronica AprilVeronica AllisonVeronica CharlotteVeronica ElaineVernoica FeliceVeronica HopeVeronica IrisVeronica JuneVeronica Justine.

I was also thinking of this recently! I think I really like it, in sort of an old Hollywood glamour type of way. (The connection probably is from Veronica Lake.) To continue on that same theme, Marilyn, Greta, and Scarlett would be cute sisters in a not completely themey way. (Scarlett wasn't an actress, true, but she's from that same time period and the name just fits, IMO.) For MNs, I like:Veronica Charlotte
Veronica Eden
Veronica Dove
Veronica Niamh
Veronica Reese
Veronica Saoirse
Veronica Julienne
