What if 2 identical names with 2 different origins have 2 identical variants?
Do I need to submit just 1 variant name or do I need to submit according to the number of different possible origins?

I think you could put these under a single entry. In the main database, I create multiple entries mainly for clarity. It should be clear enough to describe Michelle as a variant of Michael(1) or Michael(2).
So, for example:
Michelle: Variant of Michael (1) or Michael (2).
For example, what happens if there is another English name called Michael meaning "apple" or something, and its variant is also Michelle, just like the name Michael that means "who is like God"? Would I need to submit 2 entries for each Michelles, each variant, or just 1, since you can't tell them apart?
