I like Owen James Wolfe the best out of your combinations. Very classic. I'm generally the opposite of you however -- I prefer two- and three-syllable names.

I don't mind Zachariah, I really like the nn Zac, but i don't really like nn's as full names so either Zachary or Zachariah would be fine!
For Nathaniel, I love Nate as a nn and would definitely use that.
I love the sweet simplicity of Rose on its own, but some of the alternatives are just beautiful, and I would also use Rose as a nn for those.
Lily is my favourite of all the variants, but I would consider Lilia as thats actually really pretty as well.

I've created us 'ranked' lists too (below) using the boys and girls names we've now numbered. Basically I added our rankings together and then (ie Austin is 4 on my list and 17 on yours so it's ranking is 4+17=21. The lower the total the higher up this list it goes so we can see what the 'favorite' combined list looks like! the number in brackets is the combined ranking score.

I like Mariella, but something sounds funny about it with Esther. I like Esther Cordelia or Esther Blythe. I like both, but I think Esther Cordelia is better. Is that okay with you?

I like all of your names, but like I said if I were alone there are a few I wouldn't use.
I think we should one name from your list & one from name to name each child / adult.
I like Jocelyn Audrey or Audrey Jocelyn for the baby.
For the parents, we could each pick one to name & use our top baby name for it.
