General Rules: *** Please age everybody in your family 4 to 5 years. *** Everybody has received a random triplet combo (do NOT change the age of the new children). Every child must have at least 2 (or more) MNs. *** The FN must come from the namebank. You can chose to use the nickname provided, or chose to use a fuller version of a name that could use that particular nickname. *** You are not required to use a nickname, but if you do, it must be the one from the namebank. You have been given a series of two letters for each child. These two letters must be included in the two MNs. The order and placement of the letters is up to you.

Writing Prompt: It wasn't ideal, but the doctors have insisted that the Queen have no more children. They've assured the King and the Royal Advisors that another pregnancy would kill her. You can decided how your King feels about his wife's inability to bear any more children, but he doesn't dismiss her as his wife. The Royal Advisors aren't exactly pleased with this, as they see only 4 potential heirs, and the second and third are twins making the possible succession a potential war.
Somehow, the Queen ends up pregnant again. Was this by design? If so, whose? Or was this simply an accident? In the end, no one recognizes or expects the Queen to be pregnant. The pregnancy progresses much to far for the doctors to safely end it, and there is no choice but to go forward. Just a few months after people realize the Queen is pregnant, she goes into an early labor. The doctors can't stop it, and they can't help her. After a long, tiring labor, the Queen dies after only giving birth to one child. The doctors realize there is at least another child still waiting to be born, and preform a c-section after the Queen has passed and pull out the two remaining babies simultaneously. All three children are small, and will be quite delicate for awhile, but the doctors expect that they will live/thrive/be healthy.
And now the Kingdom is in even worse shape then it was with the twins. Now there are in fact two heirs and a possible three-way war for the throne. And to make matters even worse, there is now an invading army threatening your Kingdom. The Royal Advisors agree, the King must remarry quickly! (Note: If your King is a Consort and not the reigning monarch, he must still remarry quickly. The events of the past few months have the Kingdom in upheaval and the Royal Advisors are afraid that contention for the throne will only add to the chaos. He must remarry whomever is next in line for the throne.) There is one chance for your Kingdom, and that is if your King marries the daughter of a potential ally.

Dorian had accepted that his wife could no longer bear children, and loved his life with her and their four children. A few years after Rosie was born, Angel found herself pregnant again. However, Angel knew she would never live through the birth. She and Dorian talked about what would happen if Angel were to die post-birth.
The royal couple and the advisor set the affairs in order: Dorian was to marry another woman should he lose the Queen or bring a lover into the relationship so that she may bear children that he would later recognize as legitimate heirs. Angel wasn't particularly fond of the latter plan, but she loved her husband and her country too much to let her feelings get in the way of anything. Unfortunately, Angel never had to worry about watching her husband sleep with another woman. She died directly after the birth of their son, Rafe, but before giving birth to their daughters Jules and Belle.
Dorian and the advisors hired three nurses, one for each child. Though he does spend as much time with them as possible. Belinda, though, is the spitting image of her mother, so he finds time with her a little harder (as much as he loves her).
The advisors have chosen several bachelorettes for Dorian, and he's been spending time with each woman -- Dalia Violet Imara of Yarrow, Melanie Cressida Renata of Dover, and Zofia Sayuri Beatrice of Prylyn -- all of notable families in allying countries. Now he just has to find one that opens up to his children as well as his late wife did.

Sentiment against Honora grows among the Royal Advisors -- many are certain this is a scheme of Honora's. Four years after the birth of her youngest son, Honora feels better than she has ever felt. She is the young vibrant mother she has never been before, and though her health is still less-than-perfect, she feels stronger than she has in a long time. James notices this as well and is drawn to his wife. The royal couple are the most attracted to each other they have ever been, and begin to fall in love. They spend many nights together, and in the midst of their happiness, Honora realizes she is pregnant once again.
Though she did not plan another pregnancy, the Queen realizes that she cannot reveal this pregnancy to anyone, not even her doctors, not even her husband, for fear that they will order her to allow the pregnancy to be terminated. Queen Cordelia Amabel and King Jasper decided to follow doctor's order and do nothing that would risk the Queen's life until their youngest child Julian was old enough to rule. So the Queen, not telling the royal advisors, got her tubes tied. However, when Prince Julian was almost five, the Queen Cordelia Amabel accidentally got pregnant. At first no one believed that Queen's health getting worse was caused by pregnancy as that was thought to be impossible. When doctors finally were able to confirm the pregnancy, Cordelia Amabel was already four months pregnant. It was too late to terminate pregnancy and the Queen had no choice but to continue and wish that everything would turn alright.
Only a few months later Cordelia Amabel goes into an early labor, and dies after giving birth to a little daughter. The doctors realize there still another child, and preform a C-section delivering two remaining babies simultaneously. Though the triplets are very small, they are expected to survive. King Jasper is devastated after losing his beloved wife. He names his two little daughters after their deceased mother.

Throughout the winter, the Queen barely had the energy to get out of her bedroom. However, the spring seemed to bring new life and energy to the Queen, and she found herself wandering the garden as her children played.
King Estienne was hoping that meant good news. Yet when asked, the matron-priestesses just sadly shook their heads. It seems that they had already informed Pippa that to have any more children would be a death sentence to her and quite likely any child she tried to carry. Ten was saddened greatly by this news, not for the lack of more children but for the loss of Pippa's health.

He needed more insurance that the Tyrian dynasty would continue, and so he pushed his wife to bear more children.
Cecilia recognized her predicament. If she refused, she risked being accused of treasonous acts against the throne-- the king's command was law, after all. But if she acquiesced, she would still be risking her life, as well those of her unborn children. Moreover, Joseph Wilhelm had a number of illegitimate children, and it was known that the Free Armies wanted to install one of them on the throne. Fearing for her children's future, Cecilia finally gave into her husband's demands.
But for five long years, the queen remained childless-- though not for lack of trying. She suffered through numerous miscarriages, which made her even weaker.

Only the old dowager queen seemed glad because it meant that King Adrian could remarry and possibly prevent a war with the neighboring kingdom through the marriage alliance and civil war that could result by the triplets' birth.

A part of her felt as though she was a failure however, after all, as Queen it was her duty to produce heirs, but Jacques assured her that he was happy with their sons and daughter, and Liliane would make a fine Queen one day with her big brothers to look after her, just as Emeline's brothers had done for her. The royal advisers were not so satisfied however, but what could they do against the entire Verbena family who all supported Emeline. The most experienced and trusted of all herbalists created Emeline elixiors to ensure she would not get pregnant again and so life went on.

I don't know exactly where I'm going... but I do know that I want the new queen to have 3-ish single children, and the youngest will be the new heir to the throne in this story-line...

The Queen recently passed away after giving birth. The pregnancy came as a huge shock, both for her, the King, the advisors, the doctors and the people of Coldgate. They all knew it would kill her, even the Queen herself, but the Queen wanted to give birth anyway. She couldn't kill her own children, as she said.
The Queen went into labor very early, and she was very weak when she gave birth to a Princess, Isabelle. The Queen could see her newborn daughter for only a few seconds. After that, the Queen collapsed. The doctors tried everything to save her, but they couldn't. They also realized that there was at least another baby still inside her. Via a C section the two remaining babies were born, Prince Zechariah and Prince Alexander.
The advisors don't know what to think or do. Now, the youngest children are triplets. Coldgate needs a heir, and not children fighting over the throne or an invading country. The advisors want the King to remarry, quickly. And he needs to have another child very soon.
