Jasper and Emmy have now been together for seven years and have decided that they do not feel the need to get married at this point in time. Jasper graduated from Harvard Law School two years ago and is now working as a human rights lawyer for Amnesty International. Whilst the work takes him around the world, he is lucky that Emmy can often accompany him in her job as a photographer for the charity. It was on one of these trips that Jasper and Emmy decided to expand their family, adopting a son from genocide-stricken Sudan who they named Huck. A year later their family expanded again, this time unexpectedly when Emmy's best friend Isla and her husband Paul were killed in a car crash, orphaning their two-year-old daughter Scout.

Isaac and Cassie have a growing family. A year after their marriage they gave birth to little Ariadne Marigold. She was named after Saint Ariadne, a martyr whose feast is September 17, the same day as Addy's birthday. Her middle name is Marigold after one of her mother's favorite flowers. Two years later, Deena--Domenica Daisy Bellwin--was born March 9, the feast of St. Dominic Savio. Her middle name is once again one of her mother's favorite flowers. A year later on May 19 Danny, Dunstan Ishmael, was born on the feast of St. Dunstan. Ishmael is one of his parents' favorite names. Now, a year after Danny was born, Iona and Finn, Hermione Dahlia and Phineas Sebastian, are expected on September 4, the feast of St. Hermione. Phineas and Sebastian are two names that Isaac and Cassie really love.
Isaac and Cassie are raising their little ones in the way of the Catholic Church. They are all baptized and are learning their prayers. Addy is especially pious for a four-year-old.

Beatrix and Lily've had six children in the last five years. Tamora, Beatrix's, and Milo, Lily's, are the product of in vitro. The pair have always wanted to adopt so they put in the papers and six months later were given Bastian, his Mother died in a car accident two years ago and he had no relatives that wanted him. Three years after the birth of Tamora they were asked if they wanted to adopt again, after talking it over Beatrix and Lily agreed and met siblings Phineas, Liam and Dory whose parents were killed by a hurricane four months earlier.
Bastian is a relatively quiet boy, much preferring books to the company of people, and he has abandonment issues but he has been recovering fairly well and loves his siblings and mothers. Science is his favourite subject but he gets A's in everything except gym.
Phineas is overprotective of both his adoptive siblings and his biological ones. He excells at sports and attends Beatrix's ballet school. He doesn't care what if his classmates think him girly for liking it because he has a bunch of friends from the school.
Tamora is a proud, loud-mouthed child and Beatrix thinks she must've gotten that from the donor because neither her nor Lily are like that. She is the most popular girl in Kindergarten though, and she is always there to help the people who are being picked on.
Liam is very into sports and loves running around outside with his friends.
Dory's a tough young girl, always trying to follow Liam around but Lily won't let her get into to much trouble, she's only two after all.
Milo's a sweet young thing. He's blond and cherub-esque, making everyone coo over him.

Catie is attending another preschool class that meets three mornings, and Darcy goes to a neighbor's house on the mornings that Bekah has to teach.

A lot has happened in the last five years to Edward and Isabella. A year after they married, it turned out Isabella was pregnant! They hadn't planned for children, but Isabella was determined to keep the baby. When the couple went to find out the gender of the baby, it turned out to be female twins! Edward told Isabella that he wasn't ready for two children. They got into a huge argument and ended up getting divorced! When the girls were born, Isabella said she couldn't keep them both by herself and made Edward take one. Edward grudgingly agreed, but found that he was very fond of Ariadne (the baby he kept). At Brown, Isabella decided the work was too hard to do with a baby. She dropped out and is taking classes from home. Edward takes Ariadne to see Juliet once a month or so. Just last year, he became closer friends with a girl in his english class. It turned out they had the same major, and they started dating. After Isabella, Edward wants to take things slow. After they graduated, both Dahlia and Edward went to medical school. Dahlia thinks Ariadne is just adorable. Edward told her about Isabella and Juliet, but she hasn't met them. Also, Isabella got married again to an older man who thought she was good looking. He has a lot of money, and Isabella depends on that.
