Isaac and Cassie Bellwin are a Catholic couple. They met when they were in high school. Isaac was one smart cookie, and Cassie needed help. Isaac was part of a tutoring program. He helped tutor those in younger grades who needed help. Cassie was the student whom he assisted. When Isaac went off to college, Cassie missed him greatly, and to his great surprise Isaac missed Cassie. By the time Cassie started college at the Catholic college where Isaac was attending, Isaac was at the top of his class. The two started dating, and when they were both out in the world and settled, they decided to get married. Here they are: happy, healthy, and faithful.

Beatrix and Lily met when Beatrix went up to Toronto to dance in a ballet ensemble. Lily's friends had dragged her to it and she found herself enthralled by the gorgeous black-haired woman on the stage. Afterwards, she snuck backstage to talk to Beatrix and thank her for an amazing performance. The two struck up a conversation after that and kept in contact through letters and e-mail for the next year and a half before Lily decided to confess her attraction. The two dated for a year before deciding to get married and move to Alberta.
Beatrix's mother is happy for her daughter and thinks that the pair are good for each other but Lily has had no contact with her parents since she told them about having a girlfriend. Lily does, however, keep in contact with her two siblings James and Charlotte.
