Im trying to find out what "Mustansir" means, for all I know its used for boys and ethnic background is Indian (Asia), any info and links highly appreciated.

I haven't yet found an interpretation of Mutansir, but it is obviously a Muslim name, not a Hindu one. Maneka Gandhi & Ozair Husain's The Complete Book of Muslim & Parsi Names gives "Mu'tan" as a name meaning "concerned, thoughtful" in Arabic, and also includes the names Mutanabbi, Mutanabbih, Mutana'im, Mutanawwir, and Mutanazzih. Mutansir may be related to those names.
