Does anyone know the meaning of this name? I assume that the name is Spanish, since there woman with this name lived in Venezuela.

It's not a Spanish name.
In some countries of Latin America (Venezuela or Dominican Republic, e.g.) made-up names and non-Spanish names are very usual.
