I like Lea because it's different, and I like Leigh and Leah too. then again it's just a pretty name all the way around. There is one more variation for Rebecca, and it's Rebekkah, but then again it's really not that different. Rebecca is a pretty name, so I like it all the way around. Alannah is beautiful too, I'd go with Alawna for a different spelling but either way you spell it it's a unique name.

This is pretty much a matter of taste, but I strongly recommend the biblical Leah over other versions. Alana gets my vote and will be misspelled least often. Rebekah is the Old Testament spelling, but if you're interested in using a nickname version such as Becca, you're better off with Rebecca.

Leah is pronounced Lee-a
Lea: Is pronounced Lee because the a is long or whatever.
Lia: Is a nice varation but might be confused with lie-a
Leigha: is pronounced Lay-aSo Leah is best.Alannah is the clearest spelling But I like Alana too!Rebekka is the coolest way to spell this. Rebekah will be miss spelled a lot. And Rebecca is common.

Leah: This one I like the best
Lea: I've never seen this variation, but I'm not too wild about it.
Lia: It's interesting, but people might get confused on how to say it.
Leigha: Not too wild about it.Alana: It's nice, but not my style.
Alanna: Similar to Alana, and looks nicer.
Alannah: This is my favorite one.Rebecca: The traditional way, which I like better.
Rebekka: To two "k's" is what I don't like about it.
Rebekah: It's nice, but the child will always have to spell it.
