I’ve always had a soft spot for the name Terrence and I have no idea why! I don’t believe I’ve ever met a Terrence, so I have no one to base the name on, I just think it’s quite handsome.

Used to love it when I was a kid. Its appeal has tempered.

It’s a very neutral, bland name. There’s nothing wrong with it per se, just a bit boring.

I'm on team Terence, because Terrence reminds me a little bit of terrible and terror. Also puts me in mind of words like deterrence and occurrence.
I like Terry on a guy and Terence / Terrence is a decent full name for it. Not that it needs one necessarily.

I think Terrence is a beautiful name! Very underrated, especially with this spelling.

I think that Terrence is a very handsome-sounding name; it's underappreciated nowadays, in my opinion.

I like the name spelled Terence with one "r". It's "softer" boys name that I find appealing.

Understandable, because Terence is certainly a more simplistic spelling!! I like the way that Terence also looks!

Not sure what that extra r is doing there. Perhaps to prevent people from spelling the standard nickname, Terry, as Tery. Which is unlikely. That said, I quite like Terence. Terry is a pleasant nn, and I'd like to meet a young one. I don't think it was ever very popular, so it probably won't seem dated; just unfamiliar.

I pronounce both "r"s so Terrence makes sense to me.
