Beyonce and Jay-Z have trademarked some names
They haven't made an official announcement, but Blue Ivy's name is also trademarked, so news outlets are concluding that these are the twins names:
Sir and Rumi.

Rumi is cute and would make sense in subtle connection to Blue (the site says it means lapis lazuli? Which is a blue stone)
Sir is positively ridonkulous. Ugh. I'm so over these elitist celeb boy names (I'm looking at you Pete Wentz and Kanye West)

Typical, I guess.
Sir. That's not a name. It's a title, or something you call a man when you don't know his name but you want to get his attention and calling him Buddy or Mac or Dude just doesn't seem to work.

I don't like neither, not at all my case, but definitely very striking outstanding.
And that was probably the intention.

TERRIBLE.
Okay, Rumi I can live with, but Sir ? Really?
Sir Carter sounds SO pretentious.
