They haven't made an official announcement, but Blue Ivy's name is also trademarked, so news outlets are concluding that these are the twins names:
Sir and Rumi.

Rumi is cute and would make sense in subtle connection to Blue (the site says it means lapis lazuli? Which is a blue stone)

Sir. That's not a name. It's a title, or something you call a man when you don't know his name but you want to get his attention and calling him Buddy or Mac or Dude just doesn't seem to work.
