From Shannon Hale's novel, The Goose Girl, a retelling of the Grimms' fairytale. The princess Anidori Kiladra Talianna Isilee's lady-in-waiting leads a mutiny during the princess's journey to be married in a foreign land. The lady-in-waiting poses as the princess, and 'Ani' becomes a goose girl for the king. Ani eventually uses her own special, nearly magical powers to find her way to her true destiny.
