Means "flower garlanded maiden" in Sindarin, from loth meaning "blossom, flower" and riel meaning "garlanded maiden". In 'The Lord of the Rings', Lothíriel was the daughter of Imrahil, the Prince of Dol Amroth. She married Éomer after the War of the Ring.
