On one hand, this is an interesting, underused Biblical classic name, however I find the Zilp sound somewhat unattractive. I recently saw the name Zilphia or Zilpha on a crime show, and it was said like zill-pee-uh, which reminds me of Sylvia. I thought it was strange, however memorable.
