This is the name of the main character of the young adult mystery book Zenobia July by Lisa Bunker.
Queen Zenobia II is a direct descendant of the more famous Queen Zenobia in Disney comics. She moved to Africa. One day, she falls in love with Goofy because he's equal to a statue representing a future king. After a series of events, she decides to move to Mouseton with her love interest. She changes her style and becomes friend to Mickey, Minnie, Horace and Clarabelle.
She made her first appearance in 1983 in the story "Topolino e la regina d'Africa" ("Mickey Mouse and the queen of Africa") by Romano Scarpa.
"Signora Psyche Zenobia" was the name the of the protagonist of Edgar Allan Poe's comedy short story "A Predicament". The story is meant to be an over-exaggerated tale told by her to be published in the equivalent of today's magazines that talk about marrying bigfoot and giving birth to human/puppy hybrids. At the end of the story her head is chopped off by the minute hand of a giant clock (she is happy to see it go) and her poodle has been eaten by a rat. They walk home together.
Alice Zenobia is the daughter of American actress/comedian Tina Fey.
This is the name of the heroine of Nathaniel Hawthorne's 1852 novel The Blithedale Romance.
There is a minor character in the Vampire Chronicles (Anne Rice) who bears the name Zenobia; Zenobia appears in Blood & Gold.
Zenobia is the name of the elephant in the lesser-known 1939 film of the same name, starring Oliver Hardy (in a rare project without Stan Laurel) and the has-been comedian Harry Langdon. The name has a really nice ring to it, since I love Z names.
Zenobia Frome (called Zeena) is the hypochondriac wife of the title character in Edith Wharton's novel Ethan Frome.
The middle name of Tina Fey's (formerly of Saturday Night Live) daughter.
