It's very pretty, one of the only Y names I like for girls, along with Yulia and Yelena. It just sounds like the name of a very noble, beautiful, intelligent person. Plus, she has a lot of nickname options.

I love this name! It just sounds so cool and pretty. Until I heard this name, there weren't any "Y" names I liked. I would probably go by Liz, though, if this were my name, just because Yelizaveta is pretty long. :)
