Warner is also in use in The Netherlands and has been so for centuries. It is fairly rare, as the highest number of births registered for this name in the last 100 years was 17 in 1958. In recent years less than 10 Warners were born each year.
It should be noted, though, that in The Netherlands the name is simply a variant form of the first name Werner (which is more popular and has at least twice as many bearers). It never came from any surname (as is the case with the name Warner in English-speaking countries), so perhaps there should be a separate entry for the Dutch usage of the name Warner.
