I get why it's popular, but as someone who's lived in Vienna, I can't fathom it being a given name. Too odd.

While you may think of sausages, I can't help but think of the 1683 battle between the Polish Winged Hussars and the Ottoman Janissaries... then the Winged Hussars arrived, coming down the mountainside!

Vienna is a very beautiful name. One of the more refreshing city names. I find Vienna to be intelligent, exciting, and even attractive. I do think of the city in Austria, a place with a lot of History to it. That being said, Vienna is a recommended choice for a daughter. I don’t care about sausages.
